As of 1st Jan 2008, all items paid by paypal must be registered. All payments recieved by paypal that do not have the fee for registered post will be refunded, at your cost. If you pay via other methods i still recomend that you take the registered option to ensure your item arrives safely and in a timely mannor. If you decline this option I will not take responsibility for ANY lost item. In simple terms: If you decline the REGISTERED option, you do NOT get a REFUND or CREDIT! That is not to say that I will not do my very best to track the missing item down, but I will not offer a credit on an item that has NOT been registered.
