Includes heart rate monitor, timer and speed and distance traveled etc.

I am selling this for a friend and she doesn't have the manual for it anymore but seems simple to use.

Item must be paid for and collected within one week of purchase.  I prefer cash on pick up.
This item is pick up only from Taren Point, near Miranda.
Some rust on handle bars but otherwise in terrific conditions
Aerobic Step, medicine ball and weights not included.
