We are a registered business (abn:65179192405) located in Kempsey on the Mid North Coast of NSW and operate from commercial premises Monday to Saturday.

All items offered are from our current stock, new and in perfect condition. We offer you the same professional service as our in-store customers.

We ship all items within twenty-four hours from receiving cleared payment Monday to Friday

There is no postal service Saturday and Sunday in our area

Our bicycle accessories are despatched via Australia Post and our bikes via TNT. We also offer pick up from our shop in South Kempsey, NSW 2440

We offer three levels of postage : standard, express and registered . Freight costs are based on weight and are shown on the listing page of each item. We do not charge for packaging or handling, all freight costs are based on Australia Post rates.

Australia Post delivery times vary from state to state

PayPal is our preferred payment method and we also accept merchant credit card and bank deposit. Should you choose to use the bank transfer or credit card option, please contact us for details.

We ask that payment is made within five (5) working days from purchase date, if this is not convenient for you, please contact us at time of purchase to discuss options

You are welcome to pay at time of pick up if it is within five working days from purchase date.

We are happy to store your purchase after payment has been made. You can collect at your convenience.

We make every effort to represent our stock accurately, however after receiving your item, you feel it is not as described, we will be happy to accept your purchase for exchange or refund.
