Lavender Essential Oil stimulates the growth of new skin cells

Lemon Essential Oil smoothes, contracts and tones the skin and is great for oily dull skin to give it a lift

Patchouli Essential Oil help to tighten and tone saggy skin, is a wonderful skin cell regenerator, it cools and cams raw, inflamed skin

Tea Tree Essential Oil is wonderful for oily skin and acne prone skin, has wonderful anti bacterial properties

This Sugar & Salt body glow is a totally luxurious all over body exfoliant. It is guaranteed to tantalize and invigorate your senses on every level. The granular texture (a lot like damp sand) is invigorating and the oil is lush and softening, once you try it you will be addicted

This scrub is best used on damp skin, start by jumping under the shower, wet yourself all over, if you are washing your hair, do this now and leave on a conditioning treatment, turn the water off and take a generous handful of scrub, start from the feet upwards, working in small circular movements, once you have applied it to the entire body, go back over and massage 1-2 more times,

rinse off with warm water. It will leave a light oily layer on your skin that feels wonderful, you may want to use a shower gel to remove the oil if you prefer

If you are pregnant there are certain oils you will need to avoid, such as, Aniseed, Angelica, Basil, Cedarwood, Cinnamon, Clary Sage, Cypress, Juniper, Jasmine, Hyssop, Marjoram, Parsley, Peppermint, Rosemary and sage

Citrus oils such as Bergamot, Grapefruit, Lime, Lemon, Neroli, Orange and Petit grain can be photosensitive and should not be worn in the sun

Do not use Cinnamon if you suffer from haemophilia or severe kidney or liver disease

Avoid Lavender in the first 4 months of pregnancy

Do not use Eucalyptus, Fennel, Hyssop, Wormwood, Cypress, Ginger, Rose, Rosemary, Sage or Thyme if you suffer from high blood pressure or epilepsy
