EXCHANGES
To return an item for an exchange you must do so within 14 days of delivery. The cost of returning the item to us is at your expense. The item must be in an unused condition in its original packaging and with all tags. Please include a note with your name & address and ebay user name, also details of the item you would like to exchange for. You will need to pay the cost of re-delivery.

REFUNDS
We do not usually accept returns for a refund, however sometimes we may agree to this if you explain the circumstances in an email. In this case refunds will be less the original delivery cost and less 15% ebay fees. The cost of returning the item to us is at your expense.  

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you item is faulty please email with a description of the fault and pictures if possible. If we agree that the product is defective we will ask for the product to be returned to us for a refund. Your postage costs and the full purchase price will be refunded.

Due to the nature of skateboarding we will not replace or refund broken skateboards
