Q. What freight method is used?
A. Where possible we use Australia Post E-Parcel. This service requires a signature. A number of our items are too large for this service and they are sent by Courier Services (eg Allied Express). These items cannot be sent to PO Box's and it is best to have them sent to a business address during business hours. They will also leave a card if there is no-one to sign for the item.

Q. What if no-one is home at time of delivery?
A. If there is no-one at the address at the time of delivery they will leave a card in your mailbox and you can pick the item up from the post office.

Q. If no postage is assigned how do i know how much it will be?
A. There is a postage calculator on the page this will help with the cost of postage to your desired address. If this then does not show a result it may be that the item is overweight or your destination has not been entered into the system.
