Every bid is legally binding contract to purchase the item. Once you have ‘committed to buy’ you are the owner of the item and payment will be expected. In only exceptional (and we mean exceptional!) circumstances can a purchase be terminated. (please note that accidental bids by your kids/goldfish/unborn child etc do not count) You will need to contact us via email for consideration. Process: Winning bidders need to contact us within 48hrs of purchase/auction close. Of course, any non payments result in dispute being opened and non-paying bidder strike

Upon winning an item we will email you confirm and acknowledge your win. As soon as funds have been received and cleared we will post item(s) out registered mail via australia post. (or selected method)  If paying via bank deposit please be aware that funds can sometimes take a few days to appear and clear. Once we they have we will email to let you know they have been received and that item is being posted.

Item Condition:- to avoid ANY confusion we have a graded system to demonstrate condition of item – please read following and understand it before bidding.

New:         never used product, may not be in wrapping/box, check description for specifics

Excellent Used Condition:     has been used, very light wear if any

Good Used Conditon:           will have light wear, rubbed, no major scratches or dents

Refurbished:               used and refurbished, may have new housing/cover

Used                 has wear, scratches, marks

Postage:-  We use Australia Post (unless otherwise selected) all items are sent registered mail and tracking number is available on request. International Items send via EMS Air Mail with Australia Post, insurance extra.

IT SHOULD BE NOTED – we post on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS every week, often more regularly but certainly these days.

All contact is via email, we check both our email and ebay emails regularly please do not request for telephone contact we conduct all our business via ebay and email therefore everything is in writing and protects both the buyer and seller. In the highly unusual circumstance that you have not heard from us there are facilities to contact us via ebay. There is NO FACILITY for pick up.

Support will be provided for all items sold so please contact us immediately with any issues that should arise. Should there be a fault with an item you must contact us in the first instance, we are always happy to rectify satisfactorily but support is void if you take your phone to a phone shop or phone repairer other than us.
