Our garments are in good, either new (with tags) or used, clean condition and we try to describe these items as best we can.  However, there may be slight variations to colour due to photo quality, sizing due to country of manufacture, so we encourage you to ask any questions – prior to bidding.   We provide a high level of customer service and currently have hundreds of clothing items and accessories in stock, and whilst we do our best to describe items and any faults, we also understand that sometimes there may be an occasion where something is overlooked, so we graciously refund your money if there are any faults that haven't been described.  Our return policy is for items that are significantly different to description (i.e. tear, a red garment instead of black, or long sleeves instead of short, major flaw, etc.).  Whilst we are very flexible with our return policy, we also ask buyers to take responsibility in their purchase, ask questions prior to bidding, so we can provide a positive trading experience to our customers.
