These items have been well cared for, all insect screens intact, no holes or tears, tent and annexe door zippers in good working order, slight tear in protective plastic strip at bottom right of tent door, inbuilt tent flooring in good, sealed condition and intact with canvas walls. Repair at one corner of flooring and 3 reinforcements patches carried out by professional tent repairer. 4cm stitching may be required at 2 of the rod sleeves in awning. White roof of tent has some markings left by fallen foliage.  All window flaps and tie cords in excellent condition. Privacy dividing curtains in middle of tent. 4 wall storage pouches on inside of tent. No canvas rips in either tent or annexe. Included are the tent pegs, guy ropes/cords, poles and carry bag.

Overall the tent and awning are in good condition and the annexe is in very good condition.
