We ship via Insured First Class Priority INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED AIRMAIL from our Bangkok, Thailand (Asia) facility. Registered Airmail is very safe, reliable and typically requires a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of the first attempted delivery, your post office should leave you a notice and the package can then either be collected at your post office or in many cases can be requested to be re-delivered. Please keep in mind that each country handles International Registered Airmail differently.

~SHIPPING TIME FRAME

90% of Shipments reach most countries within 10-14 days, but they can take up to 1 month to arrive depending upon the postal and customs services in transit. An order is considered overdue if it has not arrived as expected within 1 month of the date it shipped.
