Right of Revocation for Consumer:

Provided that you are a consumer, namely, your purchase was made for an intention unconnected with professional activities, self-employed or otherwise, you are legally entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following requirements:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke your contractual statement, without stating a reason, within 7 working days after the delivery of the item.  A request for revocation of the order must be stated in writing (e.g. by letter, fax or email) or by return of the item.  The revocation time period shall commence from the receipt of this written request, but not before the date of delivery of items.  The revocation time period shall be deemed observed if the goods are returned or notice of revocation is given within this period. Items for return should be sent to the following address:

Withdrawal Consequences:

In the event of a valid revocation each party shall return the goods or benefits received to the other party and reimburse any profit from their usage (eg. interest).  Goods which are not returned, only partially returned, or returned in damaged condition by the consumer, must be paid for. A valid revocation of the item does not apply, if the item returned, upon examination, is deemed to be damaged to the extent that it is of a lesser value than of when it was sent.  In this case the difference in value must be paid by the consumer.

The customer can avoid the obligation to compensate for decrease in value of goods by refraining from using the goods as though they were his property and by avoiding any action which might damage them.  Packet transportable goods are to be sent back. The consumer must pay for the cost of the return of goods if the product delivered was exactly that which was ordered and if the cost of the item being returned does not exceed a value of 40 euro. Otherwise there is no cost for returning the item.

In all events, we request that returnable items be adequately stamped. We will promptly reimburse this cost, provided that our covering the cost of return is in this case applicable.  Items sent to us with freight forward postage will be returned to sender and any cost thereof must be paid by the consumer. We will only cover the cost of a regular return.
