On offer is a 33 LP album,

by Canadian rock group The Guess Who.

According to Wikipedia, this album does not appear in their official discography therefore it was possibly released for an Australian audience only. Regardless, its release date is unknown.

The record's cover is in very-good condition, showing signs of wear on the corners and along the edges. A good cover for its age.

The record itself is in very-good condition. Upon playing there was no skipping and some scratch noise, but this in no way diminished the music's very-good sound quality. In general, it is very clean and presentable.
