Payment Terms
Contact is to be made within 2 days of the end of the auction and payment is required within 5 days. 
If we do not receive your payment within 5 days we will open an unpaid item dispute and you will be
blocked from bidding on any further items.

Pick Up
Pick up is available from Thornbury, Victoria, 3071 on Saturdays and Sundays from
12noon to 4pm at an agreed time. 

Postage to Northern Territory and Western Australia Only 
Postage costs to the Northern Territory and Western Australia will incur an extra postage cost of $5.00. 
This extra charge will be added on to your invoice and is due to Australia Post adding
extra charges for distance from Melbourne.

Registered Post (Australia Only)
Any items purchased for $50.00 and above will incur the $3.00 registered post fee at buyers expense
which will be included in the postage fee on your invoice.  This is to protect your item and ensure that it
arrives at the correct destination and that it has been signed for.  We just want to make sure you get
your item.  We highly recommend that you choose for all your items to be shipped by registered post, but
we will leave this to the buyer's discretion for any items purchased at $49.99 and under.  This is optional
and is at a charge of $3.00. 

 

Worldwide Shipping 
We ship worldwide and have 3 shipping options.  Please advise us of your country for the 
appropriate shipping costs and we will reply ASAP.
Air Mail (standard service & 10-14 business day delivery).
Registered Post International (signature on receipt & 10-14 business day delivery).
Express Courier International (trackable, signature on receipt & 5-10 business day delivery).  
All invoices will include the Registered Post International price.  If you wish for any other option,
please let us know.

Combined Shipping
If you are bidding on more than one item in the same week, and wish to get a combined 
shipping price, please advise us of your intention on completion of your first purchase and 
then again when you complete your final purchase and we will send you a combined invoice.
