TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The successful bidder will be notified via email within 24 hours after the end of auctions.
2. The successful bidder must complete the sale transactions within 3 working days.

Most DVDs produced in Australia are PAL format. Please ensure you are 100% certain you can play the DVD on your player. DVDs cannot be returned due to Region or Format incompatibility.

Please Note: Not all new DVDs & CDs produced in Australia are cello wrapped or come with a booklet however are guaranteed to be genuine and never played before

DVDs are coded with different regions and formats (Pal-NTSC) according to which part of the world they have been purchased from, most modern players in the world today will play all Regions and Formats.

Before you bid, please ensure you can play this DVD. DVD’s cannot be returned due to region or PAL-NTSC player incompatibility.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

1. Delivery and handling cost includes labour, distribution, packaging and warehousing.
2. Shipping usually takes 3-7 working days (Australia only) but sometimes it may take less than that.
3. International Buyers – Postal delivery times vary according to your country’s post efficiency.
4. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any lost items with Australia Post delivery unless optional insurance has been purchased. – International Buyers are bound by compulsory insurance without option.

All parcels will be dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days) after receiving cleared payment.

Recommended optional $3 Postage Insurance available - Otherwise Postage delivery at Buyer's Risk

POSTAGE DISCOUNT

We are happy to combine postage charges @ a 25 % discount of the combined postage charged for 2 or more items.

Local WA residents Pick-up Service

Local Pick-up is available on Items by appointment only. An attendance service fee of $5 is applied on this Item at time of Check-out, please request for a revised postage cost at that time, no exceptions. Items listed as "Pick-up only-Free" are Items that can not be Posted due to excessive weight or size these Items do not attract a service fee, Pick-up is NOT at our secure warehouse but at a private residential address in Port Kennedy WA Postcode 6172. Appointments are absolutely necessary and must be requested by contacting us on eBay Messaging please include your phone number in the message so we can contact you and arrange a pick-up date and time, a staff member will be in attendance at the arranged appointment time.

RETURNS POLICY

We are more than happy to honour a replacement or refund should you receive a defective new item from us. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods for returns to be accepted, not all new Items are returnable.

RETURN POLICY  (Applies to new Items only)

1. Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
2. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
3. Unfortunately delivery fee is non refundable.
4. A penalty fee of $10 + return postage will be applied if the returned items are found to be not faulty.
5. Only exchange is accepted for faulty new items.
6. We accept exchange if the item is found to be defective and is only possible within 3 days of delivery of the Item(s) except as specified on the listing.
