Thin Lizzy are simply one of the world’s greatest rock bands and this rare concert footage captures all the excitement of their live appearances during 1978, the culmination of the “Live and Dangerous” tour. London’s legendary Rainbow theatre is the venue and this programme begins with the road crew handling their cargo through dangerous streets and into the arena where Phil Lynott, with all the confidence of a performer at his zenith, leads the “boys” into the moonlight and the audience goes crazy. The boys were back in town and if you missed them in 1978, they’re here now.
