Shipping Policy
- This item is professionally packaged and will be contained within a well insulated box with plenty of polystyrene foam to withstand potential transport damage.

- Pick up is available on certain days only and will incur a $7 handling fee. For pick up times, please enquire within. Pick up is from Bayswater VIC 3153. Only cash will be accepted as payment upon pick up.
- We ship items 1-2 working days after payment.
- For multiple item purchases, depending on your address, items in question, their dimensions and weight, we may or may not offer combined shipping.
- Generally, no PO Box delivery. Leaving a PO Box/RMB address will result in further contact with you and ultimately delay shipment.
- Shipping cost includes transit insurance.
- Deliveries by courier exclude weekends, holidays and after hours.
- If you cannot be home to accept delivery during office hours, please leave someone in charge that can collect and sign for the order or arrange for an alternate address such as an work address.

Returns Policy
- Any faults or damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of item with photographic evidence.
- All returns must be authorised by us.
- Depending on situation, returned goods due to manufacturing faults, transit damage or loss are replaced in most cases.
- Buyer is responsible for return of item and associated shipping costs. Once goods have been dispatched, at no point will initial postage charges be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances.

Q: Does the phrase "pair available" in the listing title mean that the auction is for a pair of lamps?
A: No, the auction is for one lamp only however another identical lamp is available if you wish to purchase a matching pair. This is achieved by notifying us once auction has ended and we will then make amendments to your invoice accordingly.
Q: It's been a while since payment was finalised and i still haven't received my item. What happens now?
A: Please notify us immediately and we will follow it up with our carrier asap. This may take up to 48 hours(excluding after hours) for them to process. We will get back to you as soon as we have received a response. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
