Games Hobbies World ships all orders within 2-4 days of receiving cleared payment by any of the methods described above. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne. We also offer the option of picking up from our warehouse. We charge $10 for this service to cover handling and staff time.

We generally ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If your payment is cleared after 12 noon on a shipping day, your order will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.

If purchase and payment are made and cleared on the weekend, we will ship your item to you on Monday.

If you wish to purchase multiple items from us (that are listed separately for sale), let us know so that we can hold your first purchases for you unpaid. When the last item completes, request a total. We will combine the purchases on a single invoice and apply a combined shipping discount.

All items over $40 will be sent by Australia Post using Registered Mail or by courier (depending on size). For buyers outside Australia, items will be sent using Express Post International.

Additional insurance up to the value of the item is recommended and will be available upon checkout or in some cases included in the base postage charge. If you choose not to purchase additional insurance, then the buyer assumes all risk for the item once it has been transferred to the Carrier (Australia Post or other courier services).

The postage and handling cost applied to your item includes post or courier charges, packaging materials, and a handling fee to cover wages for the staff handling your order.

All our new products come with the full manufacturers warranty (second hand or non-warranty items will be clearly noted in the product description).

Approval to return an item under warranty must be granted before an item is returned. This warranty does not cover transit damage or damage caused by neglect or misuse of the product. This includes not using the item within its recommended limits, or not adhering to the recommended usage guidelines contained within the product user guide.
