AUSTRALIA ORDER:
We use Australia Post standard shipping process for all domestic Australia shipping. All items are packed well for shipping.
We highly recommended customer to choose register post for their piece of mind, as once the parcel has been posted from our end, we cannot track the parcel movement and we are not to be held responsible for any delivery failure unless register post option is chosen.
Combine postage is available, 50% shipping discount is applied on each additional item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER:
We use Australia Post and standard airmail parcel for all our international parcels. Standard Airmail has no tracking number or consignment note number, once the parcel is sent, we will notify customer the item has been sent and we cannot track the parcel movement from then on. We do not ship to:
Africa, South Africa, All Middle East countries, All South East Asia Countries excluded Singapore, and China.
Generally time line for delivery (for General Reference Only, not garentee):
United States: 15 - 20 working days for arrival, some states will take longer.
United Kingdom: 15 - 20 working days, rural area will take longer.
New Zealand: 7 - 10 working days, RD will take 5 working days longer.
Europe Countries: 18 - 25 working days
Russia: 1 month plus (due to customs process)
