5. Delivery - All items are dispatched the day following receipt of payment (purchases over the weekend are dispatched on Monday).

6. Refund Policy - Except where an item is faulty or dead on arrival, a no returns policy applies. Information about items are provided in the listing however if you are unsure please ask first. No refunds are provided for change of mind purchases or if incorrectly purchased. For software items - no refunds are provided once the packaging has been opened. 7. Warranty - Wherever warranty is provided by the distributor this is clearly indicated in the listing. Any warranty claims must be authorised first, after which an address and reference number for the item will be provided. The buyer is responsible for any postage costs to return the item.
