This is a 100% silk brand new black two way top from tigerlily newest collection. Deep V neck and wide short sleeves. Feature the tropical beaded in the front. The bottom can be adjusted to make it a top or dress look due to the elastic cuff band.  Nice for dramatic summer wear.You will love it.
