This surfboard is 100% hand made using top quality Australian materials: “SURFBLANK” foam, “FGI” resin. The deck is constructed with 6OZ+4OZ American “HEXCEL” fiberglass cloths and the bottom with 6OZ.

1. Please Note: this board ships ONLY within Australia. Please DON'T bid if you are not in Australia. M8R8 reserves the right to charge a 10% reinsertion fee if NON-Australia buyer wins the auction without notifying us prior to bidding.

2. Pick ups are welcome via appointment, if you decide to pick up, there will be a $15 warehouse handling fee payable on all transaction. Please do show the confirmation letter to our M8R8 logistics, if cutsomer does not bring the confirmation letter, M8R8 logistics reserves the right to reject this pickup.

3. Because we use Direct Frieght Express to make delivery and item needs to be signed, we do not post to POBOX. Please supply correct information to our logistic department, M8R8 will not be responsible for any delays as a result

4. Please provide the correct delivery address while you run our Checkout process, which is the sole valid address we will use when arranging delivery. We will not be responsible for out of date or incorrect shipping information.
5. All items will be shipped out within 24-48 hours after the payment is confirmed. Tracking number will be sent to the buyer as soon as delivery is arranged.

6. Our freight normally take between 2-4 working days unless public holidays are in question and may be delayed 1 or 2 days.

7. All items shipped need to be covered by insurance.

INSURANCE POLICY:

1. If you receive a product that appears to have been 'damaged in transit' - that is from us to you, you should-
        a) refuse to accept delivery of the product
        b) direct the courier to "return goods to sender"
        c) notify M8R8 logistics department immediately

2. We support your claim if your item is damaged in transport you must provide sufficient proof of damage via email to surfshop@m8r8.com.au. The proof should include pictures of the damages on the board and the box.

3. Please NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS after receiving a damaged board, it's a set time from our courier company to accept damage claim. Because if not, M8R8 will not guarantee the claim will be valid.

4. Freight charges are non refundable if your item is found to be damaged in transit. The buyer must with in 7 days return item at their expense and m8r8 will replace the same or similar item and transport at its own expense back to customer or refund the purchase price less original freight, paypal and handling cost.

RETURN POLICY:

1. If the buyer is not satisfied 100% with our product within 30 days, the buyer can return the item back to
M8R8 for a full refund of the purchase price with a question asked!. The buyer pays for freight charges to return the item to M8R8 and M8R8 will refund 100% of the purchase price less original freight, paypal and handling cost.

2. Items returned must be in original packaging and complete.

3. M8R8 will not accept the return of used items.

4. If the Surfboard is proved to be faulty, if there is a same item available, M8R8 only accepts a replacement of the same item or the full refund of the purchase price (less any postage, insurance and handling fee).
