This auction is for one copy of a Tip Top Comics #1 comic book (United Features Syndicate/Color/April 1936) and has been given a CGC Restored Grade of 3.0. It has White Pages, and restoration includes: color touch, pieces added, tear seals, and staples replaced. Features Hal Foster art. This book is VERY SCARCE TO FIND IN ANY CONDITION. It contains the first comic appearance of Tarzan (by Hal Foster), Li'l Abner, Bronco Bill, Fritzi Ritz, Ella Cinders, and Capt. and the Kids. A book like this one in CGC 9.2 condition goes for $11,500 but this issue in this condition books in Overstreet for between $950 to $1500.00. This book has been graded by CGC to ensure that the grading would be as accurate as possible with no chance of misrepresenting the condition of this book.
