This kit contains: easy to follow instructions, two thermo forming mouth trays and one 10cc 35% carbamide peroxide gel syringe tube all in a plastic manufacture sealed pack.

 2 years shelf life on the gel and double if its kept in the fridge.

10cc is approximately 40 treatments if used on the front facing teeth that are showing, if used on all teeth front and back you will get approximately 16 treatments.

You will need approximately 5 to 15 treatments to get your desired result. That’s around one to two weeks of 4 to 5 treatments per week, some may need up to three weeks, treatments take 20 to 40 minutes per session and we recommend only 4 to 5 treatments per week for 2 to 3 weeks or until you have reached your desired result, you will notice a huge difference in your FIRST WEEK of use..

• Gel is the best and safest method to whiten your teeth.
• THIS IS THE SAME STUFF THAT YOUR DENTIST USES AT THEIR DENTAL CLINIC.
• Tooth whitening results will vary, Example someone with yellow tinted teeth will have better results than with someone with gray tinted and stained teeth.
• Tooth sensitivity and gum irritation may occur during the teeth whitening treatments if used for longer periods than suggested, if your teeth or gums become sensitive stop the process for a day or two until they are no longer sensitive.
• To maintain your desired shade it is recommended every six to twelve months you re whiten your teeth (two to four 20 minute sessions approximate) depending upon habits such as smoking, coffee, tea, wine and eating certain foods which will stain your teeth.
• If you have gum disease then we strongly suggest you do not whiten your teeth.
• If you are pregnant or breast feeding then we strongly suggest you do not whiten your teeth.

• Always floss and brush your teeth before and after every whitening process.
