Natural Blue Topaz Crystal

Large size natural pale blue topaz crystal from O'Briens Crk in Far North Queensland Australia.This large waterworn crystal still shows reasonabley good crystal form and a good termination. It is a facet grade stone which would yield a very large VVSI-IF finished gem. The blue colour in this topaz rough is a band of blue which runs through the middle of the stone and in my experience this is quite typical of the topaz from O'Briens Crk.  

Dimensions: 4.0cm high x 2.8cm x 2.0cm

Weight: 48 grams or 240 carats.
