Delivery and Insurance |
- Unit is brand new and flat packed in 2 modules. Delivery is FULLY INSURED against tranist loss or damage for your peace of mind.
- Delivery is door-to-door. Street or office address only. We do not ship to PO Boxes due to size and weight of the modules.
- Someone must be available at the designated delivery address during business hours to sign and receive the goods.
- Delivery will be marked as `Authority to Leave`, which means the Courier only delivers once to the designated delivery address. If no one is present, the Courier will leave the goods at the front door or entrance. If Customer is not in attendance, once the goods have been delivered under the `Authority to Leave` scenario, the Transit Insurance will cease to cover even if the goods are stolen.
- Please check the conditions of the goods delivered before signing and receiving, and contact our Courier and us immediately if there were any damages. All goods reported damaged must be kept in original, unassembled condition, otherwise we are unable to process the insurance claim to orgranise exchange or return. We do not accept exchange or return once assembly has commenced.

Delivery Costs and Pickup |
- Upon receipt of cleared payment, we will dispatch within 2 business days. We check our Bank Account, PayPal Account and PO Box daily.
- All delivery costs quoted are INCLUSIVE of Transit Insurance against loss or damage.
- Pickup can be arranged by appointment at Box Hill (VIC 3128) between Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. We do not charge Handling Fee for pickups.
- Please ensure the vehicle or trailer that you use for pickup has sufficient room to carry the modules (refer to the dimensions we provided as above).
- We will email Payment, Delivery, Pickup and Contact details to Customer after purchase is confirmed (either after auction closes or BUY IT NOW).
- Rate 1: Melbourne metro : $50, or Pickup at Box Hill, VIC 3128 (no Handling Fee)
- Rate 2: ACT, VIC, Adelaide metro, Sydney metro : $75
- Rate 3: NSW, Brisbane metro, SA: $95

Terms and Conditions |

- We offer exchange or refund only on faulty items.
- Customer is responsible for reporting any damages or losses to Courier. We will assist in claiming the insurance.
- Customer to pay within 7 days.
- Customer agrees this product is intended only for pets in domestic applications.
- Customer agrees the maximum liability of the Seller in relation to this Transaction is limited to the purchase amount excluding delivery costs. There shall be no applicable indirect or consequential damages.
- In case of an exchange or return, Customer is responsible for delivery costs.
- Delivery costs are non-refundable.
- This is a Contract of Sale. By bidding or committing to the purchase, you are agreeing to this Contract.
