The bus is available for inspection today - Sunday 1st Nov & tomorrow Mon 2nd Nov all day.  We will then be away until Saturday 7th Nov which which be a viewing day all day.  Apologies for the limited window of opportunity to inspect but we are having such fun in this bus it would be a waste to let her just sit there!

Similarly, apologies to all the Genuine people who have expressed interest.  Like other E-bayers we have been led astray and have wasted our time on seemingly genuine offers.  PLEASE DONT ASK OR BID IF YOU ARE NOT GENUINELY INTERESTED.

You will find it serviced, stocked with hardware and carrying safety kits. Just add diesel and GO!

In its original black & white paintwork, the vehicle is mechanically sound; engine starts first time every time and doesn’t use oil or coolant. Gearbox is a trifle slack [due to age/mileage – not defect] but once accustomed to it shifting gears comes second nature. Easy to drive, it has a comfortable cruising speed. We are willing to change the oil/filter for the purchaser at cost [less than $100 - I have the receipts for the last change]

We have just completed a 3-month/11,000Km trouble free trip round Oz  including off-road parts without a hint of trouble.  We have driven through 3 dust storms and weathered the latest torrential rains again without trouble.  Pammi is old and shows it in places but she is strong, resilient and totally reliable.  The ONLY reason we are selling her is that we have to return to UK after 3 months hols.  

Statistics: 1982 270,000Kms 3Ltr Diesel - 5Spd Manual   90Ltr Fuel tank + 2 x 20Ltr Plastic Fuel Cans   Rego to Aug 2010   Bullbar Towbar Security Screen on Main Side [Access] Door & Windows V-Good condition.   Serviced only 11,000Kms ago & revamped within the last week. Brakes good. Gearbox good. Engine starts 1st time every time.   Good MPG [approx - 25mpg or 11L/100Km].   Doesn’t use coolant.   Doesn’t use Oil. Doesn’t use brake fluid.   Good tyres all-round [Incl Spare].   2 good batteries + Transformer for mains[220v].   Towbar mounted triple cycle rack + 2 Mountain Bikes [M&F - only 3 months old].   Large Awning.

Interior is clean and tidy with plenty of cupboard/storage space & slide away table.   Double bed Full shower compartment with toilet & full length mirror.  2-Ring Gas Hob, Microwave, 3way Large fridge/ freezer [Mains/Battery/Gas].  Gas Hot Water Boiler Sink 220v/12v lights throughout Hanging space and ample cupboards and drawers Kettle Toaster.   Sandwich maker, Coffee maker.
