TRAILER 6X4 GOOD. TOW AWAY. BUT NEEDS WORK  Available to highest bid over $65

This is a standard 6x4 trailer with a strong chassis,springs, axle, tow bar and hitch.

It tows excellent and comes with a spare wheel. It has a solid 2 inch square axle with good hubs.

Although the floor has rusted out I am providing the steel which will re-do the floor.

The steel is from the floor of another trailer and already has some bracing and reinforcing, which the buyer will need to clean-up and cut to size to suit this trailer.

The buyer will also need to make a tailgate, straighten out the mud-guards and provide tail-lights.

I estimate that the whole trailer can be completed under $50 by a keen handyman.

Although the trailer looks a bit rough at present, it is quite usable as is, by just laying some masonite or similar material on the floor. You don't even need to do that if you just want to move furniture,etc.

The work required to bring this trailer up to a higher standard is straight forward and would suit the average handyman who can weld and use tools

 The saving on a new trailer would be very substantial. A new 6x4 is around $400-$500.

Delivery by me will be considered (locally within about 20km) for $15, subject to payment of the purchase price and delivery fee in advance.
