Shipping and Packing details     

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

We are making Changes in our POSTAL CHARGES the PRICE you see there for it is the PRICE TO SHIP PARCEL to WA or Tasmania.  If you are from another state I WILL reduce the postage costs ACCORDINGLY from the information am given from Australia Post.  From our destination to yours.  If you want an EXACT quote Please don't hesitate to message me and we will TELL you EXACTLY how much to ship to your state etc.

We always make sure our items are shipped to ALL our customers.  For everything we sell we WILL make sure that it will be packed SAFELY and securely so it should arrive at your door at the best possible condition stated in the auction.  However there are some exceptions we can not control the mail man (like my POSTMAN!) TO NOT BEND or DROP dints and holes in the package, that is totally out of our control!

Shipping Cost for Regular Shipping is listed below.  However if you do feel the need of something special for say an expensive item and you would like to have it insured that’s cool JUST SING OUT and we’ll make it happen. ^^

We do COMBINE shipping and it is encouraged so you can save on shipping if you would like a shipping quote for multiple items email us with the list of item # and your destination/address.  Saving on shipping only is ACCEPTED if the BUYER pays for the items in ONE lump SUM.

The rules and regulations of all countries are different hence sometimes parcels get slowed down by customs for various reasons (Public holidays, Clearance etc) so please be patient and understanding.  Also we would like to take the opportunity to STRESS that we are not sure of the TAXES and Duties of every country and how much you will get taxed for the items (if any).  This section is totally the Buyers responsibility.  In addition items that are RETURNED back to us due to faulty address (supplied by customer); refused or unclaimed packages will be ONLY RESENT at the Buyers Expense for replacement shipping.

Terms and Conditions       

• Bidding on any eBay auction provided that you win the item you entering a LEGAL contract to BUY THE ITEM so ALWAYS BE DEAD SURE when you hit the “COMMIT TO BUY” button.  

• All payments must be received within a time span of 1 WEEK (7 days) from the day you receive an INVOICE.  Failure to do so will force us to leave NEGATIVE feedback which will be reported to EBay and have the appropriate measures taken to the situation.  However if there is a slight delay it would be very CONSIDERATE if the buyer contact us and explain the situation. We would be more than happy to listen to your circumstances and work out a resolution.

• Feedback is great for buyers and sellers because it gives an indication of the transaction.  We leave feed back for all customers that have GIVEN us feedback FIRST.  We reserve the right to NOT ALLOW users with excessively high negative feedback to bid on the auction unless they CONTACT US before hand and show their intentions of actually PAYING for the items

Payment Details           

Please bear in mind that this auction is in AU i.e. AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS. 

Australian Buyers:

For Australian buyers please pay via BANK DEPOSIT, since it is the fastest way and speeds up the time to dispatch your item as soon as possible.  Please include the EBay Item Number and your EBAY USER ID as details when you send the payment so I know who has paid.

International Buyers:

For International buyers please pay via PAYPAL. NO other types of payments will be accepted because it is fast and we can arrange to dispatch your item as soon as possible.

When payment is received a CONFIRMATION EMAIL is sent to acknowledge the transferred funds.  We dispatch 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS upon received the funds and send ANOTHER CONFIRMATION EMAIL that your parcel has been sent and the expected arrival time.  As stated before please do bear in mind that in some cases parcels are delayed by customs and have patience ^^ your items will be arriving shortly.

We normally do not issue refunds unless we have somehow wrongly described the item then, in that case we will consider a refund. All returned goods must be returned 7 days upon RECEIVING the item or NO REFUND is considered.  Also, there are NO REFUNDS on parcels/items that are LOST or DAMAGED if it is NOT INSURED.
