Replacements or Exchanges:
All items we supply have a 25 working days warranty,
please report problems within 4 weeks of receiving your
merchandise.
Replacement will be given or item will be exchanged by
any defective item (s) or incorrect item (s), this must be proved via any photographic
pictures, we have nominated email address for you to
transfer this type of
pictures, please contact us via eBay message
system.
Any missing items in your order (ONLY missing item
value) will be refunded or you will be informed by the
2nd delivery notification if you insist on a new
replacement.
Returns or Refunds
Buyer bears any return shipping costs for exchange.
Units returned and found not to be defective will be
returned at buyer's expense. Shipping and handling charges, insurance
fees are not
refundable in any case.
Returns must have all original packaging and accessories
or a 25% restocking fee will be assessed. Please keep
all packaging, packing slip, etc. that came with your
order. These will be used to verify claims if there are
any problems with your order.
We guarantee that the items you purchase are all safe &
reliable quality, also dispatch with good condition
packaging. We bear the responsibility for manufactured
faulty product, however if you're NOT happy with the
quality of the arrived order or you wish to cancel the
order after item being paid, you will ONLY be given
25% - 30% refund of the item sales price you paid. Please kindly note
buyer will be requested to provide seller allowable reasons on why your order needs to
be refunded or cancelled.
Any refunds will be ONLY transferred to your PayPal
registered email address, buyer will be sent an email
with a copy of the transaction details.
To avoid any disappointments please do not bid on our
items if you feel at all unhappy or unsatisfied. |

We accept payment by PayPal, we prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with
a registered address.
Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up
to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal
on the expected clearance date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item
will be dispatched within 1 working day.

Shipping Address

delivery address, so please make sure your shipping

us with priority we will update your address quickly and

Transit Time
We have all items in stock and the items will be mailed
out via International Airmail Service within 24 to 48
business hours after payment cleared (no ship work
during the weekend). The shipping fee is the same to any buyer in any countries. It usually takes 7 - 14 (but not
guaranteed) business days to arrive in Australia, United
States, Canada and United Kingdom. Shipment to Italy
due to the local slower goods clearance at
the customs may take 15 - 21 business days to
arrive.
You can pay extra shipping fee
to get EMS (Speedpost) shipping service. Normally it
takes 4 - 6 business days only to receive order. Please
contact us if necessary.

We also offer combined postage, you will be given
60% off the postage for the second item or
