COMBINED POSTAGE:   We are able to post several paintings together.   Generally, up to 4 smaller paintings or 3 medium or 2 large paintings will not incur a second P&P fee.   If unsure, please contact us.

DELIVERY:  We guarantee delivery.   Unless stipulated in the item description all our canvas paintings are sent rolled up in a tube.  Watercolours are wrapped, reinforced and posted in a satchel.  DOMESTIC:  Paintings are sent via Express Post unless otherwise stipulated.   As we are outside Australia Post's 'Guaranteed Next Day Delivery' zoning, delivery generally takes 2 to 4 working days.   INTERNATIONAL:   Unless otherwise stipulated paintings are sent via Registered AirMail and generally take 10 - 12 working days to arrive.   We take no responsibility for delays through overseas Customs Offices.

OPTION 1:   Return the painting to us (by the same postal service - ie: Express Post, Registered Mail, etc.) within 7 days of receiving the painting.   Upon our receipt of the returned painting we will refund the purchase price less eBay and PayPal fees and a 10% restock fee.   Painting to be returned at your expense.

OPTION 2:   Return the painting to us (by the same postal service, etc.) within 7 days of receiving the painting.   Upon our receipt of the returned painting we will issue a credit - to the full value of the original purchase price - toward the purchase of another painting from us.   Painting to be returned at your expense.
