Being a small home business the Ebay star feedback rating is extremely important. Keeping a high score allows me to remain in business. Each area of the feedback is addressed below.

Item as described - books are packed away in boxes until they are sold but I will answer all reasonable questions within 24-48 hours by email. Books are sold in lots of varying quality.

Communication - emails are answered as quickly as possible, usually every two-three days. I do send emails that packages are shipped

Shipping time - books are shipped media mail which is the slowest form of mail. Check the date postmarked on your package. Remember the feedback you are leaving is about whether I shipped it within a reasonable time from when payment was received - not whether the post office delivered it to you quickly.

Shipping and handling charges - my shipping charges are not the actual charges it cost to ship your package at the post office. Shipping charges are based numerous other costs which include but are not limited to various packing envelopes, materials, printer ink, employees, boxes, address labels, maintenance of office equipment such as scales, printer, etc. If you feel charges are unreasonable, please contact me prior to bidding.

They may have some wear to covers and spine , writing on inside covers or first page , store stamp, stickers on covers , sticker residue on covers , remainder mark on the bottom. Side, upper edges, sticker pull marks on covers , creases on covers or spines , pages might be slightly yellowed with age. Could also be an x-library book with usual markings/attachments pages can include limited notes and highlighting, and the copy can include "from the library of" labels
