Viscose/Elastane with Cotton trims
 
This black skirt is brand new with the tags attached.
It is a very stretchy fabric and the waist band is turned over in the picture.
The printed cotton trims just hang at the front (apron style).
Please supersize close up photo for more detail.  
  
MEASUREMENTS
Waist - 126cm unstretched (174cm stretched to max)
Skirt length - 63cm with band turned over or 73cm with band turned up
Width of waist band - 20cm
 
Please keep in mind my model is a size 10 and I have gathered the extra fabric to the back for the photo to show the style.
