NOTE TO OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS....all items with a value over $25.00 must be sent registered mail overseas. The fee is $10.80 in addition to the normal S&H fee of $2.25. This fee will appear on your invoice. I am sorry for this extra charge, but Paypal will not take the word of a seller that an item has been sent, when a customer opens a claim for non-reciept of merchandise. They have to have a tracking number and this is the only way to do that.
