Turbinicarpus gracilis (syn. Turbinicarpus schmiedickeanus ssp. gracilis) known as the Turbinicarpus, is a lovely globular cactus that is native to Mexico.

Solitary bright green globose stems, up to 2.5cm in diameter, high thin round tubercles, up to 7mm long; one papery central spine, up to 1.5cm long; occasionally a few short deciduous radials.

White flowers, up to 2cm long and 1.5cm across.

Hardy to -4°C for a short period.

For sale is a packet of 10 fresh seeds.
