TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Please ask any questions you may have before the bidding is closed off. I will endeavor to respond as soon as possible, however due to other commitments please allow a maximum of 24 hours for a response.
• I will notify the winning bidder with payment details within 24 hours of the auction win.
• Payment is required within 5 days unless prior arrangements have been made, otherwise the item may be relisted and ebay will be notified of the non paying bidder.
• The winning bidder is to include item number as reference with payment and confirmation email to be sent after payment, with payment details. i.e.( type of payment, amount paid, reference used and confirmation postal address) 
• I am happy to give feedback for all completed transactions and I hope you will do the same. If you are not happy with the way in which the transaction was handled then please advise me before leaving negative feedback so that I can rectify the problem for future clients.
• Payment can be made by one of the following ways:
• PayPal
• Direct Deposit / Internet Banking / EFT
• Items will be shipped within 48 Hours of payment confirmation unless otherwise notified.
• No responsibility will be held for items becoming lost or damaged during shipping.
• Registered post is available at an extra cost, it is recommended but optional.
• We only give refunds in exceptional circumstances ie: if there is something wrong with the item or if it has not been described correctly.
• If there is a problem a complaint is to be lodged within 3 days of receipt of the item.
• If a return is accepted the item must be returned within 7 days. The buyer is responsible for return postage and to ensure the item is packed for suitable return with all tags attached.
• It is at the seller’s discression to send either a replacement or offer a refund on the item.
• Refunds will only be made via electronic funds transfer.
