Please try & understand our shipping rates include packaging supplies, fuel, etc not to mention the recent rate increases by all the shippers including USPS.  We try & get things out ASAP as children do not like to wait, which means frequent trips to the Post Office or FedEx.  The recent change in Ebay policy tying feedback ratings to FVF fees has made us discontinue most overseas shipping and we have had to raise our prices accordingly.  It only takes a couple of low ratings to cause a 15% rise in the fees.  If you just feel our shipping prices are too high and will cause us a poor rating, either ask us for USPSParcel Post rates for domestic and/or First Class International rates for overseas if they are not listed.  Our shipping prices are not negotiable but we do combine.  If you need to arrange for alternate payment method please email us b4 purchasing.
