For International customers, we prefer Paypal which allows you to pay us via credit/debit card, bank account, or Paypal Balance.
For Australian customers, we prefer Australian Bank Deposit which allows you to
pay us via ATMs, Branches, Internet/Phone Banking.
All payments must be paid within 7 working days from the date of purchase or we will reserve the right to re-list
the item and
report you to eBay.
We post directly from our Hong Kong office within 1-2 working days of receiving cleared
payment. All our parcels are insured and tracking number will be provided for those sending via Courier or Registered Airmail. From our experience, the
courier / post officer would dispatch the parcel within the following day range.
Courier: 1-2 working days
Registered Airmail: 4-10 working days
Regular Airmail: 4-10 working days

customs issues, festive seasons, etc. Please understand that they are out of our control but we would do our best to help.)

We provide 1-year warranty for all our selling items, except filters and accessories (e.g. remote controllers, cords and cables, batteries, etc.) which only valid for 90-day. As common, our warranty covers only manufacturer defects. Items that need service must be returned to
us and you are responsible for the return postage and insurance. For the outbound, we will take care of it. Please contact us before sending items back.
We do recommend our customers to note this factor while making a purchase since we have no control whether the customs would ask for the import duty and tax. However, we will do our best to minimize your exposure to these. Most of the cases, our customers pay no
tax or very little. In case, your item is chosen for random check, please do contact us and we
will assist you on the customs clearance.
You are able to return for an exchange if you found the item is a manufacturer defect within 7 days of delivery. Full package content including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the item must be returned. You are responsible for the return postage and insurance. For the outbound, we will take care of it. Please contact us before returning it back.
