This lens is brand new and still in its original packaging as bought from the camera store. It has been taken out of the box but never been mounted on a camera. It's being sold because I no longer own the Pentax camera it was bought for. If you are looking for a great macro lens at a great price then this is the perfect opportunity.

Digital Camera (August 2009) rated this lens as the best amongst a group test of 100mm macro lenses including Pentax's own 100mm f/2.8mm.

If you're thinking of extending your photographic skills to killer close-ups of bugs, flowers etc. you shouldn't go past this excellent opportunity to purchase a new, mint-condition, high-quality, macro lens at a very, very, favourable price.
