In my earlier business days, I was always moving heavy refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment around. I had this unit custom built by Cub Trailers for the purpose.

With an unlisted GVM on the registration papers, the trailer can carry 2460Kg safely on the deck and much, much more than that if required. It has served me well over the past 20 years. I am only selling, as I am almost ready to retire. ALL components were checked thoroughly and found to be fully serviceable, before the registration was renewed in September.

The suspension is load sharing rocker arm leaf springs. The load sharing ability makes it so much easier and avoids having to move the load back or forward to get it to ride properly.

I have also carried numerous vehicles on the trailer over the years and there are two loading ramps secured beneath the chassis. The trailer tows great and doesn't creek, groan or sway on the road.

I doubt you could find someone to build a trailer of this quality and structural strength for less than $8000.
