Publisher: Thelema Publications, Kings Beach, California 1976 

This First Deluxe Edition, was beautifully produced, having been bound in natural raw silk, with leather title label running the length of the front board, and the text printed on very high quality hand-made paper. This copy was one of a limited edition of only 100 deluxe  copies, published by Helen Parsons Smith in 1975/'76.  It is a fine copy in mint condition, with the original transparent plastic dustjacket printed with gilt title down spine.
