RETURNS

We offer an unconditional returns policy.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or you feel it is not as described we will refund your final bid price once you return the goods, postage costs are NOT refunded...  If the item is faulty or not as described then we will also refund the postage however please do not send any item back until we have sent you a returns advice with our reply paid details. Any items returned without the returns advice will result in no refund of those costs.

CHOICE

Generally where the bid offers various designs, colours, sizes and any other deviations then as per eBay’s policy you will receive a mixture or one type.  The exception is where eBay rules allow you to select, however you need to let us know this choice before or at the time of payment.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING FEES

We generally use Australia post’s eparcel service to send all our orders under 22 Kilos in weight sometimes we may another carried.  In each case a signature will be required for the delivery, if no one is home then your item will be taken to your local post office or carrier depot for collection or re delivery (a card should be left for you but this does not happen every time) Generally orders can take 4-5 days (capital cities are quicker) for delivery however please do not contact us for non delivery until a period of 10 days has passed.

In assessing the postage charges we have tried to be as accurate as possible.  Australia Post use a system of weight plus volume to arrive at a cubic weight.   The postage rate quoted also includes an amount for administration and packing.  This represents the costs of our staff members wrapping, packing and distribution to the sorting office.  Therefore the prices above are over and above that charged by Australia Post. If you are not happy with the price charged then please do not bid as we are unable to reduce our postage and handling fees. Where a flat rate is offered calculations are taken for delivery everywhere which may result in some areas appearing to pay more than they need to but this can not be avoided our flat rate are Australia and/or worldwide.

Save 50% on shipping charges for combined purchases. Full price shipping will be charged for the item with the highest shipping cost, other items will be charged at half price. (Australia only and only up to a total combined weight of 20 kilos.  The items after this will attract the full rate for the highest price postage cost and thereafter 50% discount.

We send by Air mail and the cost can be up to $32.00 a kilo.  Shipping time is generally 10-14 days but items can be held up by your government regulations so please ensure you are able to import the item and make yourself aware of any import duties you may need to pay.  We do not refund the shipping costs if an item is returned to us
