After sale service/Return Policy

Q: I noticed that you are registered in China, what are the risks that the games I bought from you are bootlegs or pirated games?
A: The risks of you getting faked games are ZERO. We only deal with genuine/official released games and we maintain a good reputation with eBay’s feedback system
Q: Do you have a local retail store in Sydney and where is it located?
A: No, not at the moment. We are currently trading on eBay ONLY and will expand our business in the future. Please add us to your favorite seller list and we will email you when we do.
Q: Why the prices of some of your games are so high? EB Games were selling it for just 20 bucks when they had them in stock?
A: We are middle-man of trading rare and collectable items. The price we charge depends on the cost price we get the games in and the condition of them. We are trying to make our products competitive by keeping them the lowest price on eBay. eBay is a different market place therefore it is not comparable with retail game stores. Also some items are sold as collectibles and the value is much more than just a game. (For instance, new & factory sealed retro titles and limited rare collector’s edition)
Q: I am confused with your item’s condition rating?
A: We carefully describe the condition of the items we sell because we know it is important for gamers and collectors. We also provide picture/s of the actual sale item. If you are still unsure about what you are buying, please email us and we will send you more photos upon request.
Q: I want to buy a game in your store for my son but I don’t know much about the games. What is the compatibility issue you have mentioned in the item description?
A: Most gaming consoles such as SONY Playstation 2 are region coded. They can only play the softwares from the same region. There are three regions out there. ‘PAL’, ‘NTSC US’ and ‘NTSC Japan’. It is important to know your software/hardware version before you buy. This can be found in the item information section of the listing. If you are still unsure if a particular item you want to buy is compatible with your hardware/software, please kindly email us and we will get back to you ASAP.
Q: Do you only accept Paypal for payment?
A: Paypal is a safe and easy way to pay your item online. However, alternatives are available upon request.
Q: Where are your items located as I am confused?
A: Most of our products will be shipped from our office in Sydney. However, there are few of others that will be shipped from overseas. You can find this information under the ‘seller info’- ‘other item info’ on the item description page
Q: Is pick-up Available?
A: Pick-up is not available at this point for most of the items unless stated otherwise.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: We use Australian POST for delivering most of our products. Domestic delivery (Aus-Aus) will only take 2-6 business days for regular and registered service depends on the state you are in. (Express post will be faster and takes 1-3 business days). International delivery will normally take up to 14 days for airmail small packet service and EMS will be available upon request but costly.
Q: Does the item price and postage include the custom duties and taxes?
No, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Q: Can you mark the item/s as ‘GIFT’ when sending overseas?
A: Yes. We can mark the item/s as gift to minimize the custom tax you will need to pay.
Q: What are the benefits of using registered service and additional insurance compared to regular service?
A: Registered service guarantees your shipment or your money back. It is a traceable service provided by Australian POST and covers for up to $50 value. If an item is lost in post, you can claim the value of the item for up to $50. Additional insurance is also available for the item valued over $50.
Q: Do you combine postage if I buy multiple items in one transaction?
A: Yes if the items you bought are in the same location. Here are the rules. You will need to pay the full postage price for the first item with highest postage charged (regular, registered or express). Then 50% postage discount for each of the additional items. We will give some examples here.
1) Full regular postages for 2 items you bought are FREE and FREE, you will need to pay 0+50%*0=FREE.
2) Full registered postages for 3 items you bought are $3.95, $9.95 and $3.95, you will need to pay $9.95+50%*3.95+50%*3.95=$13.9.
3) Full express postages for 4 items you bought are $11.95, $9.95, $9.95 and FREE, you will then need to pay $11.95+50%*$9.95+50%*$9.95+50%*0=$21.9
Q: What can I do if my order does not show up within normal delivery time described in your auction?
A: First contact your local POST office as they may forget to leave a note in your mailbox that reminds you to pick-up the parcel. Contact us if you don’t get anything from them.
Q: What’s the address I need to send back the item if it’s defective?
A: All defective items need to be sent back to our Sydney office for testing. The address can be found on the back of the original packaging when you receive the parcel. If you have misplaced it, please email us and we will resend it to you.
Q: Do I need to pay for the return postage if an item is defective?
A: You can claim for the return postage for sending defective items back to us if you comply with our step by step return policy. We will credit it to you after we test the item and if you meet the requirements. So please contact us before taking further action if you suspect that the item you have received is defective.
