The caps are 200v (marked in russian 200b)

About the Ft-2

The FT are high quality teflon capacitors that were made for the soviet military.

The conductor is made of aluminum foil and the dielectric is teflon foil , glass sealed in a aluminum body. Silver plated steel leads.  

High tolerance is kept within a wide temperature range. These capacitors provide excellent sonic characteristics.  It will provide you THE BEST sound in your HI-FI and HI-END applications.

A folllow up with a customer who used these for speaker crossovers:

"...a bit smaller than the one`s i got from the USSR ,but 
they do give the same sparkle to the top end"

The ft-2 0.1 uf measures: 5cm x 1.8 x 2cm - leads are 1cm x 0.5 and stick out app: 0.8cm from the bod of the cap when folded down
