Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 3 days from delivery date. In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RA).
Postage is NOT refundable under any circumstances

Basic Return Criteria
Your return must include the following or it will be rejected by us and returned back to you:

• Any original packaging
• Invoice you have received from us
• All accessories that were included.
• Manuals, warranty registration, etc.
• RA Form MUST be included
  
  Basic Return Processing
• If the merchandise is returned on time, in like-new condition, and conforms with the returns policy, then a replacement order will be prepared and shipped, OR the purchase price will be refunded to your PayPal account.
• Please allow up to ten days from shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse because the delivery times vary depending upon the shipper.
• Your return will be processed by the Returns Warehouse within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Risk of loss for product being returned is yours during shipment between you, our returns center, distributor, or manufacturer, or back to you. Title to the product being returned remains with you until acceptance by returns center, distributor, or manufacturer.

Q: This battery is not suitable, do you have any others...I need help
A: Yes we do, we only list the most popular batteries, but we have so many more we can't list them all, drop us an email with your phone or battery model number and we'll give you availability and a price.

Q: Will I get a Tax Invoice?
A: All products and services have GST included in the price, the only items that don't attract tax are Hearing Aid Batteries. Tax invoices are sent with with every order as an attachment (PDF). You will need this invoice as proof of purpose if any warranty claims arise.

Q: Do you combine shipping charges or offer discounts on bulk purchases?
A: Yes we do. The highest shipping charge will apply then an extra $2.00 per item applies. If you are not sure, purchase the goods and let us apply the discount before paying, otherwise drop us an email first.

Q: I live over seas, can you ship to other countries
A: Only to our fellow neighbours in New Zealand, please add another $3.00 to the postage.

Q: My order hasn't turned up what do I do?
A: Contact us straight away if you have any concerns (via email is the best) with your Surname or Tax Invoice number we supplied you.
