All poles etc included and no water leaks, Hasn't been use much so grab a bargain Retails around $899

 Q: Hi Jamie - you mention the tent has a room divider - what measurements does this split the two rooms into? Also can the tent operate without the divider (be completely removed)? thanks
A: Hi The room divider is located in the centre of the tent just behide the door it's fixed at the top "to memory" a zip in the middle and rolls to the sides and can be tide back (this section is not a heavy canvas)

 Q: how many people would this sleep would if fit 4 and a porta cot..?
A: Nathan you would be able to fit 4 and a porta cot as the room is around 4.2mts x 2.7mts plus awning, You also can add optional walls to the awning which I don't have Regards Jamie

 Q: Hi , what is the floor made from. are all zips and flyscreens in good order. There are no ropes on the awning, does this mean it is completely free standing, thanks
A: The floor is heavy duty plastic, all zips and fly screens are in excellent working order. The front awning can have ropes to secure it done from wind.
