All of our Beautiful Standard Frames are 50cm x 40cm in a high quality Black Timber and Glass Frame with professional coordinating matts to showcase the prints.

Unless stated otherwise they are LIMITED EDITION creations limited to 500. They come with an official colour Cerfticate of Limitation with the number of that particular item out of 500 or the designated release number.

They make a lovely gift or addition to any fans collection. To ensure that you keep the value of your Frame you should keep the receipt sent with it and the Certificate of Limitation in a safe place. In numerous instances the date of your items purchase indicates the age of your item and can affect its value in the future.

This is a new range that we are please to bring you to help you in your personal and gift shopping. CARE
Cleaning your Frame with regular window cleaner for the glass (spray cleaner onto your lint free cloth not directly onto the Frame) and dusting with a lint free cloth.

Our Frames are advertised in another Location and on the very rare occassion may sell out of this particular lay out. If this happens we will notify you for a refund or to advise you of the new product.

All Frames are photographed prior to packing for insurance purposes. The are packed with Bubble Wrap and sent in heavy duty cardboard.

Our preferred courier is TNT via Road Express.

We will combine shipping in most cases where we can save you on multiple purchases if Frames, the prices are determined by weight and size of parcel. We are not able to combine shipping with DVD purchases as they may be damaged by the weight of the glass and it is very cost effective to send DVD's via Australia Post.

LOCAL PICK UP

We like to try and accomodate ALL customers particularly with requests for PICK UP over the weekend. In most cases this can be easily done, however, purchases made on Friday's may not be able to be picked up until the following Tuesday at the earliest public holidays and Christmas require extra days. If you need your item quickly

All Frames are shipped via TNT Courier and covered by their Extended Warranty Policy which is included in the shipping costs. It covers your item for full replacement costs should your item/s arrive damaged.

**Please note you will be sent an email with your Con Note number so you can track you item with TNT. When your item arrives please open immediately to check your item is in good condition.

Should your item be damaged please contact us at shipping@entertainmentwarehouse.net.au within 24 hours of receiving your items so that a damages claim can be made.

LAST ORDERS FOR DELIVERY BEFORE XMAS IS 10th DECEMBER items must be paid for and clear before that day to ensure delivery.

Orders after the 10^th December will still be accepted but due to high volume during this time we can not ensure that you get your item prior to Xmas.

This shop will be closed from 25 December 2009 to 1 January 2010 included. We will continue to monitor emails and products can still be purchased but no items will be shipped until 4 January, 2010.
