Up for grabs is The Anti Cancer Cookbook by Sandy Weeks.  Features 127 pages, I was given this and have never used it.  It is in great condition and measures 20.5cm high and 13cm wide.   

Bank deposit preferred, paypal costs too much, personal cheques will require clearance before item will be shipped, pickup welcome.  I do combine postage and am willing to wait if you are bidding on several of my items in order for you to finalise the account all together.
