Postage, Handling and Delivery:
- Please keep in mind that due to Australia Post size regulations certain items
have to be send via parcel post, which adds to postage fees.
We do however endeavour to keep costs to a minimum.
- When multiple items are purchased, we endeavour to keep the P/H fees
to a minimum by offering P/H discounts (please check with the seller for P/H discount rates)
- Items like Books, CD’s and some breakable items need special packaging and
can’t always be packaged with other items (in these cases extra postage discounts are not applicable)
- For a small additional fee, registered mail option is available.
The seller accepts no responsibility for loss or damage if sent via regular mail.
All items are checked before shipping. All mailing addresses are double checked.
- Postal delivery times within Australia can be very slow at times,
interstate deliveries can take approx. 4-7 working days and in some cases longer,
especially if you live in a regional area or during public holidays (please be patient).
- Please make sure that we are given the correct delivery address.
- We endeavour to mail out your item(s) within 48 hours after payment has been received
(except on weekends and public holidays).
