Prompt payment is appreciated. Please use Ebay Checkout. I accept Paypal ONLY according to Ebay Rules. I prefer payment be made within 5 business days of close of auction, unless other arrangements are made with me beforehand. If I do not hear from you within 10 or so business days, I will send a 2nd invoice. At or about day 23 I will file a non-payment claim with Ebay/PayPal. 31 days after auction close, the item will be relisted and negative feedback will be left. Shipping:
ALL packages mailed in the USA get Delivery Confirmation or Insurance (as long as the post office allows) as part of shipping charge. Packages are well padded and sent fastest method paid for. Combined shipping for multiple wins/purchases that fit in 1 package. PLEASE leave feedback to show receipt of package and I as always will do so in return within 31 days. If you prefer not to leave feedback please at the very least send me an email to let me know you receive your purchase. Please do not hold me responsible for shipping delays caused by the post office or customs. I can't control them. All my packages are mailed within 5 business days of cleared payment. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding Holidays!
**International packages don't get tracking and only get insurance if Express Mail through the Post Office is used.**
International Buyers Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as 'gifts' - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Terms of Sale:
You have 31 days to complete the transaction before it's relisted and negative feedback is given. You have 23 or so days to pay before I file a non-payment claim which takes 8 business days. If interested in more then 1 auction ending on different days, just send me a note letting me know that you are (or are considering) bidding on more than one item. This way I can send 1 final combined shipping invoice when you are done. I do my best to get all packages in the mail within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of payment. I can't control the post office or the weather.
Return Policy: Item must be returned in SAME condition it left in. Refund only includes cost of item. All movies, games, cd's and the like leave my hands in working order. I WON'T sell anything that doesn't work properly. If there are special circumstances for requesting a refund please contact me ASAP.
About Us:
I thrive on word of mouth and repeat customers. There is only me and this is why I have a 5 business day handling time listed. This does not mean you will get the package in 5 business days. It means I will mail it within 5 business days of cleared payment. Please keep in mind that First Class could take up to a week or so and Media Mail can take up to 6 weeks depending on size and weight of package. Priority is the best if it's available and you want it fast. I try to use Flat rate whenever possible. This way you get a nice box and speedier shipping time. I do all the listing, mailing, etc by myself and happy customers are very important to me. If you feel you can't give me a straight 5 rating please let me know and I will do my best to gain straight 5's.
