LAST CHANCE...!
I will shortly be ceasing to trade on eBay. Even though eBay have backed down from forcing everyone to use Paypal exclusively, it's nigh time to call it a day..., who knows if they'll have another go (given they seem to have suceeded with their policies in other countries). I happily accept Paypal, but lets hope the "choice" of other methods do remain long term. Thanks to all the buyers over the years. I'm having one big last clean out of stuff... don't miss out.
Check out all my auctions for rare and collectable stuff - email me if you want anything listed before the middle of August.
Also available (email me) - DESPERADO hand signed LP (cover); vinyl in Near Mint (NM) condition - Henley, Frey and Leadon $60. Original boot vinyl LP of "Welcome to the Late Show" in VG condition $60 ... more Eagles acrylic fridge magnets 7 x 4 cms each (retro 70s and HFO era) $9 each - free postage if you buy a set of 4 (email for photos).
THE EAGLES SET OF 4 ACRYLIC FRIDGE MAGNETS
Set of 4 Eagles fridge magnets - each measures approx 4 cm x 7 cms and about 0.5 cm thick. Solid acrylic magents featuring images from Desperado and HFO eras.
All items are as pictured - I'm having a last minute clean out of old archival stuff collected over 30 years so see my listings for lots more collectable stuff.
These are great items for any Eagles fan - hard to find! I've also got concert CDs for sale (postage discounts apply for multiple items shipped together.)
This also comes with a FREE 2 disc DVD set of concert footage of the Eagles Live in NZ recorded 26 November 1995 at Queen Elizabeth Park, Christchurch New Zealand. It is a spare copy (note: as these are essentially givaways with the collectable memorabilia purchased the DVD discs cannot be sold seprately). If you are a die hard fan you will definitely enjoy watching this from the "Hell Freezes Over" world tour. The video quality is very good and the professionally shot raw footage has been well edited (in a professional manner) for enjoyable viewing.
DVD is coded region 0 - so will play on any player.
The concert features five band members: Don Henley, Glenn Frey, Tim B Schimit, Joe Walsh and Don Felder (performing an awesome electric version of Hotel California on his Gibson EDS 1275 doubleneck guitar). Fans should note: there are no commercially released DVDs which feature Felder playing an electric version of Hotel California - what a travesty! So this is your chance to get a good quality (near commerical grade) rare clip. You will not be seeing any more Eagles concerts with him playing (which is a real shame, as his guitar solos on Victim of Love, Already Gone and One Of These Nights are simply wicked). Witness the famous guitar interplay between Felder and Walsh - now missing from all Eagles concerts - as they rock it up like they did in the '70's. (Felder's absence is particularly noticable on the commerically released Farewell One Tour version of Hotel California - this is way better.)
The DVD tracks are: Disc 1 - Hotel California, Victim of Love, New Kid In Town, Wasted Time, Pretty Maids All In a Row, The Girl From Yesterday, I Can't Tell You Why, Ordinary Average Guy, Lyin Eyes, One of These Nights. Disc 2 -Tequila Sunrise, Help Me Thru the Nite, Love Will Keep Us Alive, The Heart of the Matter, You Belong to the City, Boys of Summer, Funk 49, Dirty Laundry, Smugglers Blues, Life's Been Good, Heartache Tonite, Life in the Fast Lane, Already Gone, Rocky Mountain Way, Desperado, Take It Easy. Plus 3 bonus tracks at the end (Hotel California, Victim of Love, New Kid in Town) from another concert (Sydney Dec '95).
